Prepare for your birth after
a previous c-section

VBAC Support
Want to have a Vaginal Birth After a Previous C-section (Caesarean section), not sure where to start or you are wanting evidence-based information to make informed decisions around your care then this is the place for you!

About VBAC UK
My name is Lucy and I am a VBAC mum.
Unfortunately, vaginal births after c-sections (VBACs) are not as easy as you might think – and I don’t just mean physically. With interventions and medicalised births becoming more commonplace, we find that VBACs are becoming harder to achieve.
Finding evidence-based information and the belief you can birth the way you want to after a previous c-section can feel overwhelming. So, here I am, to help you navigate your care.
After my VBAC journey I wanted to help other birthing families to feel confident
in their birthing choices to maximise their chance to a VBAC.
